Job Description
As a Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
Defining and managing product requirements:
- Representing customer and end-user needs to ensure product alignment.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, defining user stories, and setting acceptance criteria.
- Creating and maintaining a clear product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, Scrum Masters, and other Product Owners.
- Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensuring continuous improvement by evaluating product value and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to define clear, feasible solutions.
- Leading workshops (e.g., User Story Mapping), creating designs and mockups (Figma), and managing requirements (Confluence, Jira).
- Testing and documenting delivered functionalities to ensure quality and usability.
- Monitoring scope, budget, and progress in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
- Identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and drive project success.
For this position, the ideal candidate should have the following skills :
- Master's degree.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner.
- Experience with User Story Mapping, SCRUM, Scaled Agile, Figma and the Atlassian stack (Confluence/Jira) are a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required. French is a plus.
