Business Analyst - ITIL/ Cost management/ Monitoring

NTT DATA is actively looking for an experienced Business analyst. This freelance position is based in Brussels and homeworking is allowed.

The Business Analyst will join the Service Management team whose aim is to improve ticketing services by supporting, in particular, the creation of cross-functional sales and validation channel management tools as well as technical assets supporting them.

This mission concerns a project to create a management tool (monitoring & alerting) for our validators and AVM: Device observability assets.

As part of his mission, the Business Analyst will support the framing of the project, the collection of needs, the analysis and classification of needs, the estimation of project costs and the construction of a business case. This Business Case will take into account the current maintenance costs (in terms of resources (human), financial (interventions) and reputational (customer)). The Business Analyst will evaluate during this process (benchmarking) the tools already available within the company that can meet these needs, will support the estimation of the work to be done for the implementation of this tool; possibly through the implementation of "Proof of Concept".

The mission may evolve towards supporting the implementation of the selected application solution.

The Business Analyst may be required to supervise the analysis and development tasks of internal or external service providers.

The Business Analyst will be in contact with people of different profiles at each level of the organization and must adapt to each context.

Technical skills specific to the mission and its specific environment

Minimum of 7 years practical experience in the following areas:

• collection of functional and non-functional requirements (performance...);
• definition of KPIs, SLAs, conditions for production;
• service management;
• Use of modelling tools;
• Design of IT solutions;
• documentation and knowledge management.
• Evaluation of costs
• Experience in the public transport sector and/or technical asset management is an asset.
