📌 Position Details

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Team Lead Developer at our offices in Tallinn, next to Ülemiste City.

You will be responsible for leading our development efforts while actively contributing to the codebase. This position requires both management skills and hands-on technical expertise.

🔍 Your Daily Adventures as a Team Lead Developer

• Lead and manage a small team of developers while actively participating in coding.
• Build and maintain back-end systems (Laravel).
• Oversee the development of dynamic front-end interfaces (Vue.js).
• Optimize and manage our PostgreSQL database.
• Use AWS and other cloud services for development and deployment.
• Proactively fix bugs and solve technical challenges.
• Build integrations with external services based on documentation.
• Drive our product roadmap with innovative ideas and technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.

🔧 Skills You Need to Have

✅ 4+ years of experience in software development, with leadership experience in a technical team.

✅ Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development (Laravel).

✅ Deep understanding of the Laravel framework: Jobs, Queues, Events, Eloquent.

✅ Front-end development experience (Vue.js).

✅ Excellence in PHP best practices and software architecture.

✅ Database management and optimization experience, especially with PostgreSQL.

✅ Proven leadership and team management skills in a technical environment.

✅ Self-discipline, a proactive work approach, and the ability to guide and mentor others.

✅ Excellent English communication skills.

🎯 Extra Points for

➕ Familiarity with AWS and cloud service management.

➕ Understanding of serverless Laravel app lifecycle.

➕ Interest or experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or customs.

➕ Ability to manage multiple projects and make critical technical decisions.
