Youth LAB – Business Analyst at Digital Channels team | SEB, Tallinn

Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Another one week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learn design thinking methods. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

Digital Channels are responsible for Internet bank, Mobile application, API, E-Commerce and Open Banking services development at SEB. You will work in a team with experienced Product Owners across the three Baltic states.

• Monitoring market & development trends and innovation in the digital channel area;
• Collaborate with various bank stakeholders to gather insights and expectation;
• Analyze customer feedback to help shape our services.

• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good analytical thinking;
• Fluency in Estonian and English;
• High academic performance;
• Outgoing & positive team player with can-do attitude;
• Able to manage your time independently.
