About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Project Manager Trainee to assist in the development and delivery of cutting-edge manufacturing equipment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while working alongside experienced professionals. You will be involved in delivery of complex solutions, ensuring that they meet internal and external customer needs.

What you will do:

• Assist in development: You will support the project manager throughout the manufacturing equipment development process, helping with tasks related to design, assembly, and commissioning.
• Support excellence: You will assist in tracking project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring quality, cost, time, and communication standards are met.
• Team collaboration: You will get a chance to work closely with different project functions and people of various roles, while ensuring that the team stays aligned, and the milestones are achieved on time.
• Develop your leadership skills: You will learn to motivate and engage team members by supporting a high-performance culture, and to contribute to the team’s success through proactive support and encouragement.
  
  

Skills You Bring:

• Educational background: You have a strong foundation in an engineering field, with a keen interest in manufacturing equipment, project management, and technical development.
• Eagerness to learn: A desire to learn the „ins“ and „outs“ of project management, and an interest in developing your skills in both technical and leadership areas.
• Effective communication: You have a strong command of English and great communication skills, both written and verbal, that will allow you to efficiently contribute to discussions and will help with presenting ideas and reports to the internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset: A positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment and to help to support others in achieving a common goal.
• Organizational skills: You are well-organized and can assist in managing timelines, resources and budget.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You have proactive approach to learning and contributing innovative ideas to improve processes and results.
