About The Role

The Program Manager, Compliance will be responsible for developing and overseeing program plans, ensuring successful adoption, mitigating risks, and driving measurable outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of Operational Compliance frameworks to enhance Global Compliance Rates and promote the adoption of Standard Compliance Processes, minimizing operational risks while maintaining cost-effective and competitive business operations.

Leveraging strong program management skills, this individual will foster collaboration across teams, leading program initiatives to achieve key objectives while ensuring that compliance frameworks remain scalable, sustainable, and adaptable to evolving business needs.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead program(s) within the Rides vertical to improve Global Compliance rate, while ensuring scalability, sustainability and adoption of implemented frameworks.
  • Develop program plans that are aligned with the domain’s main KPIs (Driver Compliance Rate, Vehicle Compliance Rate, Fleet Compliance Rate, Data Integrity Rate, Standard Process Adoption) and program KPIs.
  • Define region-based competitive compliance requirements while minimizing existing risks within your program by conducting market research, analysing regional compliance trends and ensuring high adoption & adherence to set compliance requirements.
  • Implement established processes and tooling across our markets and lead the change management, while ensuring high adoption rates.
  • Coordinate the program work streams cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships with Compliance Product, Legal, Risk, Public Policy, Privacy, Internal Audit, Country Operations, Driver Lifecycle Communications, Customer Service, Central Operations domains, and any other teams that are relevant stakeholders in their program(s).
  • Provide visibility into program progress and performance on a regular cadence and ensure alignment with strategic goals of the vertical.


About you:

  • You have 5+ years previous experience in program management or a related field and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with Operational Excellence tools and problem solving methodologies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with great Excel skills.
  • You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
  • You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and think independently.


Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
