SixteenFifty is a specialist digital and technology talent consultancy, and we are representing a global organisation undergoing a large-scale transformation. Our client is seeking an experienced PMO Coordinator to support key initiatives within their programme.
This role focuses on providing governance, reporting, and operational support to ensure effective programme execution.
This is a primarily remote B2B/contract position, with occasional travel to the South of France required.
The PMO Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Supporting governance, reporting, and project tracking
- Managing invoicing requests and approvals
- Coordinating internal communications and stakeholder updates
- Preparing reports and materials for senior leadership meetings
- Maintaining planning, risk, and issue tracking
- Overseeing event coordination and logistics
- Supporting cross-functional teams with administrative and operational tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong PMO coordination experience within large transformation programmes, exposure to ERP implementations is a plus
- Expertise in governance, reporting, and risk management
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing dependencies and resource demand tracking
- Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks, ideally Monday.com.
