About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining robust Tableau dashboards and reports, utilizing the power of AWS to extract actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Tableau Dashboard Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
  
  

AWS Integration:

• Utilize AWS services to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for Tableau visualizations.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data sources and ensure data accuracy.
  
  

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Translate complex data sets into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Tableau Implementation (From Scratch):

• Demonstrate expertise in building Tableau solutions from scratch.
• Take ownership of the Tableau implementation process, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  
  

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver valuable insights.
  
  

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Proven expertise in building Tableau dashboards from scratch.

Strong understanding of AWS services related to data analytics.

Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

Experience with AWS services, such as Redshift, S3, and Lambda.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
