About the role:

You will be the glue that brings it all together and keeps everyone on track. We love agile so every day is different but you can expect to be:

• Collaborating with clients to capture, analyse and refine their requirements
• Creating personas and documenting customer journeys
• Translating UI/UX specifications into requirements and user stories
• Representing the customer (put yourself in their shoes) throughout the project
• Providing support to the architects, designers and developers in the definition of technical solutions
• Validating / verifying that the functional and non-functional requirements are appropriately implemented within the solution
• Assisting with the estimation of timescales, resources and planning to successfully deliver a project
• A contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of opportunities and new ideas
• Researching the latest digital and innovation trends, best practices and technologies
  
  
  

About You

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

• Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with and present to clients from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• A candidate with a background in the financial services/banking domain; mobile banking experience is advantageous
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills - able to work with large groups (of varying levels of seniority from user to board level)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience of Agile documentation including Backlogs, Customer Journeys, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria etc.
• Experience with creating Epics, User Stories & process maps
• Strong experience using JIRA & other Agile tools
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner)
