In this position you will:

• Drive the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to make informed, strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, customer support, and operations, to bring innovative products to market.

• Develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

• Communicate product plans, status, and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

About you:

• Proven experience in product development or product management in dynamic, high-performing teams.

• Strong product instinct with the ability to balance data and anecdotal evidence to guide decisions.

• Skilled in conducting discovery and research to uncover valuable insights.

• A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to launch.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
