Job Description
As a Business Analyst in Service Delivery, you will support Service Delivery Managers with reports to our customers. You will report on operations and ensure a focus on customers and accountability in the organisation.
Your aim will be to ensure there is a standardization of all reports and continuous improvements on process and outcome, always to these criteria: compliance and customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across countries.
You will be a part of an international team based in Denmark, Norway, Lithuania and India.
You will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
How your day will look like:
Participate in the development and management of internal agreements to standardize procedures, enhance collaboration, and reduce risks through improved governance.
Monitor changes in the cost management system, including organizational shifts and new service offerings, and introduce the internal service transfer process to new stakeholders.
Assist suppliers in preparing service descriptions and gather necessary feedback and approvals from clients.
Handle the storage, management, and updating of agreements in a designated repository to ensure proper internal control and maintain a comprehensive overview of services.
Support business units with ongoing monitoring tasks, conduct annual assessment reviews, and manage updated standard operating procedures on designated digital platforms.

How your day will look like:

You will:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and communicate data findings
- Present and communicate data stories to different audiences and translate data into concrete business actions
- Question and support continuous improvement and innovation in the data domain
- Conduct requirements analysis and communicate with numerous stakeholders and internal suppliers
- Perform requirements analysis and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a business analyst (in IT or banking sector)
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present different information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to guide stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions and proven change management skills
- Solid planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Advanced excel skills and experience with Tableau and other BI tools
- Basis SQL Knowledge
- Advanced English skills
