At DESKTRONIC, we’re on a mission to scale our eCommerce business, and we believe trustworthy data is the key. Right now, our multiple data sources often tell different stories — we need someone to bring clarity, structure, and strategic direction to our data landscape.

We’re looking for an experienced data leader to take ownership of our data strategy, define best practices, and drive insights that fuel growth. If you’re passionate about transforming fragmented data into a single source of truth, this is your opportunity to make a major impact!

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Audit our current data pipelines to assess accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.

✔️ Identify gaps & opportunities in data collection, attribution, and analysis.

✔️ Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with business goals.

✔️ Define and lead the data & analytics vision, strategy, and technology stack.

✔️ Lead the creation (and assure the ongoing relevance) of the organization’s data and analytics strategy.

✔️ Establish an operating model that ensures consistent and meaningful reporting.

✔️ Oversee the development of data products and leverage AI-driven insights.

✔️ Drive data monetization strategies to unlock new business value.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

📊 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or BI, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

🔍 Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

📈 Strong expertise in data governance, analytics, and business intelligence tools.

⚖️ Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

🛠️ Ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options.

Ability to translate among the languages used by executive, business, IT and quant stakeholders.

💰 The offered salary range for this position starts from 5500€ (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
