Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain existing applications in PHP (Laravel & Symfony) based on business requirements.
• Write maintainable, scalable, and robust code while following best practices in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Software Architecture, and CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation).
• Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB as a plus) to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with payment systems, antifraud solutions, and other external services.
• Develop and maintain high-performance applications handling high-volume traffic while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Stay updated with emerging security threats and ensure best practices in application security.
• Adapt to fast-paced changes and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in PHP, with strong expertise in Laravel and Symfony.
• Strong experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of Git and best practices in version control.
• Experience in building and maintaining high-performance, high-traffic web applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience working with JavaScript-heavy front-end applications.
• Hands-on experience in implementing payment and antifraud solutions.
• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries while avoiding common database performance pitfalls.
• Familiarity with CQRS, DDD, and software architecture principles.
• Good grasp of full-stack application development, including backend and frontend performance optimizations.
• Autonomous problem-solving skills – ability to debug issues, read documentation, and apply the best solution.
• Fluent in English.
