Your mission: We are seeking a Data Innovation Engineer to join our team and take ownership of ETL pipeline creation, data integration, and cloud migration. This role requires expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Services, Python, and Spark, ensuring efficient data processing while handling large-scale data from multiple sources.

Be a part of our team where you will:

Be involved in ETL Development & Data Integration:

• Create and maintain ETL pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and other cloud-native tools to ingest large volumes of data from various sources (structured and unstructured).
• Develop custom data transformation logic with Databricks (Python & Spark) to efficiently process massive datasets and implement complex business logic.
• Design and optimize reconciliation algorithms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and validation across multiple systems.
• Monitor and maintain cloud-based data pipelines to ensure stability, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Encourage Innovation & Optimization:

• Propose and implement new ideas to optimize ETL performance, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
• Explore cutting-edge data engineering practices, leveraging Databricks and Azure advancements.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in data engineering, AI-driven analytics, and automation to drive innovation.
  
  

Be focus on Application Management & Optimization:

• Develop and maintain data synchronization mechanisms to ensure accurate and real-time data transfer between systems.
• Build and optimize data processing and orchestration workflows, ensuring smooth event consumption and integration with internal applications.
• Take ownership of application lifecycle management, including the development, testing, deployment, and optimization of processes to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency across the system.
  
  

Let’s Talk About You. If You …

• Hold a Master degree level IT, Data Management, Business Management or Sciences.
• Know how to use Databricks (Python & Spark for ETL and large-scale data processing).
• Understand Azure Data Services (ADF, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics).
• Have experience in ingesting and processing large-scale data from diverse sources.
• Have experience in developing and implementing reconciliation algorithms
• Show strong documentation and collaboration skills.
• Are familiar with DevOps practices (CI/CD for data pipelines), it would be a plus.
• Have hands-on experience with Power BI (Data Modeling, Dataset Management, Governance, Row-Level Security), it would be a plus.
• Show interest or previous use of .NET (C# or VB.NET) for additional ETL customization, it would be a plus.
• Have ever worked with Agentic AI (Experience working with AI-driven decision-making and automation), it would be a plus.
• Are both fluent in French and English.
