Your role
Do you have the proven ability to migrate a significant number of funds?

We’re looking for a Senior Fund Migration Manager – Multifonds to:

• independently supporting our internal clients from fund administration departments on our Multifonds platform
• participation (potentially lead) of major fund migration / onboarding project
• configuration of various applications (Temenos-Multifonds and various in-house applications) needed for technical onboarding of the clients
• investigation and resolution of functional issues by coordinating with diverse teams (Business, IT support L2/L3 IT teams)
• work in an international context (cross locations) by providing user support to all our platform users.

This role is for UBS Fund Administration Services Luxembourg.

Your team
The Parameterization team is responsible for onboarding funds on our fund administration platform comprising of Temeons-Multifonds and various inhouse applications. We are a diverse and international team of experienced professionals with a collaborative spirit.

Your expertise

• substantial practical experience in fund administration/ investment accounting, especially fund migration projects
• affinity to IT systems, i.e. looking for ways how to support business processes with applications
• broad and deep knowledge of the application “Multifonds GA” from Temenos is a must
• high analytical skills and ability to compile findings, derive and describe business requirements
• SQL skills is an added advantage
• ability to work independently and self-driven
• solution oriented mindset
• good communication skills
• university or polytechnic degree a plus
• fluent in English (oral and written), German skills a plus
