Job Description:

We are looking for experienced backend developers with a strong focus on Java to join our technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on Java backend.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD, Shift-Left).
• Strong expertise in Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kafka.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL Federation.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Spring Boot and other relevant backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Additional Notes:

• Experience starting from Java 17 is required.

Remote in Porto, Portugal, but you need to be based in Portugal.
