These are the essential skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Java, with deep expertise in Spring Boot for building scalable and secure backend services.
• RESTful APIs: Strong understanding of RESTful API design
• Experience with microservices
• Experience with cloud development (preferable Azure)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with backend and frontend testing frameworks like JUnit
