Responsibilities:

• Leading design initiatives across multiple platforms, driving the user experience and design vision from concept to completion.
• Ensure that the product experience is aligned with both user needs and business goals, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Drive the design process by incorporating user feedback, conducting research, and advocating for the user.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other agents to ensure design solutions are implemented efficiently and meet technical and business requirements.
• Build high-quality UI/UX design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction patterns.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio with diverse design work, focusing on intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in crafting and maintaining design systems and component libraries for scalable, consistent, and high-quality user interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
• Knowledge of user research, personas, and user journeys.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on usability and user-centered design.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

NICE TO HAVE:

• Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript) and how designs translate into code.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Practical experience in creating and adapting templates based in React component libraries like Material UI.

Important informations:

• Hybrid work model - 2x /3x week in Oporto.
• Candidates must reside in Portugal.
