Your new Role

As a MLOps / LLMOps Specialist, you will be focusing on operationalizing AI systems, ensuring smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models and infrastructure. This role bridges the gap between development and production, emphasizing scalability, reliability and efficiency.

As a MLOps / LLMOps Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines for deploying and managing LLMs and other AI models;
• Set up and maintain infrastructure for model training, fine-tuning and serving;
• Implement monitoring systems for model performance and resource utilization;
• Ensure scalability and reliability of AI systems in production;
• Implement version control and experiment tracking for models and data;
• Develop automated testing and validation processes;
• Optimize resource usage and costs for AI deployments;
• Implement security best practices for AI systems.

What you will need to be succeed

To be succeed as a MLOps/LLMOps Specialist you will need:

• Strong experience in DevOps practices and tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Gitlab, Model Registry);
• Expertise in Containerization (Docker) and Orchestration (Kubernetes);
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI models;
• Proficiency in Python and scripting languages;
• Experience with distributed training of large language models;
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools for ML systems;
• Knowledge of model compression techniques (quantization, pruning);
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance in AI systems;
• Understanding of LLM deployment and serving strategies;
• Understanding of Telco infrastructure and data systems (would be a plus);
• Familiarity with version control for both code and data/models;
• Familiarity with AI/ML security best practices;
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks for ML models;
• AWS specific » Expertise in AWS ECS, EKS, Sagemaker, Code Commit, Code Build, Code Deploy, CloudWatch;
• GCP specific » Expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Monitoring, and Cloud Build;
• Experience from work in a multi-location teams;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English.
