Facility Management Senior Project Manager – Buildings & Infrastructure Projects

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead impactful initiatives within the Buildings & Infrastructure domain. Based primarily in Geneva, with occasional travel to Dübendorf, this role offers the chance to manage critical projects such as heating systems, elevators, and other infrastructure upgrades.

- 5–10 years of experience successfully managing buildings and infrastructure projects.
- A proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
✅ Preferred Expertise:
- Advanced studies in facility management or building automation/security systems.
- Knowledge of building services engineering or automation systems.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (aviation, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
✅ Bonus Points for:
- Background in aviation or air traffic management.
- A knack for navigating strict regulatory environments.
