Based primarily in Geneva, with occasional travel to Dübendorf, this role offers the chance to manage critical projects such as heating systems, elevators, and other infrastructure upgrades.

• 5–10 years of experience successfully managing buildings and infrastructure projects.
• A proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.

✅ Preferred Expertise:

• Advanced studies in facility management or building automation/security systems.
• Knowledge of building services engineering or automation systems.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (aviation, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, etc.).

✅ Bonus Points for:

• Background in aviation or air traffic management.
• A knack for navigating strict regulatory environments.
