We are seeking an experienced Head of Workforce Management & Business Intelligence to join a leading B2B solution provider at their newly established offices in Bucharest, Romania. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures to meet business objectives.
  • Staffing Forecasts: Accurately forecast staffing needs to ensure operational demands are met with the right talent.
  • Scheduling Optimization: Manage scheduling processes using tools such as UKG – Virtual Roster, Pit Manager, and Turnstiles software.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Monitor workforce data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in staffing and shift patterns.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to align workforce management with business goals.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate workforce management and business intelligence teams to achieve high performance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on staffing, labor costs, overtime, and employee satisfaction to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the workforce management budget to optimize resources.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and best practices across workforce management processes.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the workforce management team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build productive relationships with senior leaders and external partners to support strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, promptly reporting any violations.

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with dedicated workforce management responsibilities (e.g., WFM Manager).
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (C1 level). Knowledge of Romanian is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Decision-Making and Interpersonal Skills: Strong decision-making capabilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Familiarity with Romanian Labor law is advantageous.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in iGaming or Live Casino is a plus but not required.
