Exciting Opportunity to Lead and Grow Our Engineering Team!
Are you a dynamic and technically skilled leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an manager to take charge of one of our two teams of Project Engineers working with high voltage cable solutions. In this role, you will have full responsibility for leading the department, ensuring efficient project execution, and driving innovation and cross-functional collaboration. You will also be an integral part of the local engineering management team, contributing to strategic initiatives and development projects that shape the future of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
At our Karlskrona facility, we are significantly expanding both our production and personnel capacity. You will be part of what will soon be the world's largest submarine cable factory, playing a key role in building a more sustainable future by enabling the expansion of wind farms and improving energy supply between and within countries. We deliver complete solutions, including cable systems and installations with our own vessel.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Project Engineering department, ensuring smooth daily operations and successful project deliveries.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively while coordinating with other departments to align expectations.
- Coach and support the engineers in your team to evaluate and optimize solutions internally and with our customers, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality in the technical scope of projects..
- Address product maintenance when needed to enhance the performance of our high voltage cable solutions.

- BSc or MSc degree, preferably in Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish is preferred.
- Proven leadership or other relevant experience for the role.
