As a Program Manager you will oversee the delivery work of a large, diverse and interdisciplinary teams across business and technology.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience as a Program Manager
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, including at least 5 years in a Core Banking Delivery role
• Strong ability to collaborate with various business areas and set strategic goals aligned with organizational direction
• A passionate leader who excels in navigating and driving results in ambiguous environments
• Experience working with multi-cultural, distributed teams
• Strong collaboration, ownership, passion for excellence, and the courage to lead
• Engineering background with experience across diverse platforms and technology stacks
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery, leading cross-functional teams in a distributed agile (SAFe) environment
• Quickly assess and prioritize critical issues across various project areas, developing and implementing effective solutions
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis of recurring problems, implementing preventative measures to avoid future occurrences
• Provide assessments and propose innovative approaches to achieve the program’s tactical and strategic objectives
• Manage key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization, including external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and commitment fulfillment
• Lead, train, and mentor engineering leaders and teams, fostering growth and development
• Drive and encourage continuous improvement in all aspects of the organization’s operations
