IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects, from large-scale initiatives to smaller POCs. This role involves overseeing project portfolios, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives and scope, ensuring alignment with business goals,

• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage communication on timelines, risks, and deliverables,

• Evaluate and manage vendors, ensuring compliance and quality delivery,

• Plan budgets and allocate resources efficiently,

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory compliance,

• Oversee project execution, from sprints to final delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results,

• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives,

• Lead cross-functional teams and coach,mentor team members including IT business analysts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields,

• PMP, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent,

• Fluent in English,

• 4+ years of project management experience, especially in engineering/software development,

• Strong knowledge of Predictive and Agile/Scrum methodologies in project management and IT domain,

• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and client relationships,

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
