Technology Strategy Consultant

As a part of our Technology Strategy & Advisory practice you will be joining Norway’s leading technology strategy group. You will assist clients in matching their business and IT goals and find ways to use innovative technology for better business value and cost savings. Your passion and talent will play a key role in advising top management in achieving greater business value from technology. 

 

The role is part of the Norwegian team consisting of 20 people with diverse backgrounds, united by the passion for technology and business value. We place a strong emphasis on creating an enjoyable work environment, diverse community, and maintaining healthy work life balance. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with large scale digital-driven business transformations and serve as trusted advisor for c-suites in leading Nordic companies. 

 

How do you know this could be the role for you? 

 

We are looking for you who has minimum 4 years relevant experience either from other consultancy companies, large business development or technology driven organizations, or hands on experience with optimizing IT functions. You have good business understanding of one or more industries and are willing to question current ways of working by utilizing new technologies, agile ways of working and new business models to bring new ideas and innovations to life. 

 

As a person, you are analytical with a structural mindset that can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve clients' pain points. Additionally, we value individuals who are sales-oriented and excel in business development. Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory, and it's desirable to have experience with frameworks like DevOps, SAFe, Lean portfolio management, Togaf, ITIL, or similar methodologies. Experience with automation technologies and Generative AI, as well as cloud certification, are a plus but not required.
