ERP Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle modules across multiple waves. This role will partner with the Business Lead of the workstream and work closely with the System Integrator, IT Team, CoEs and government entities to ensure the successful deployment. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. This role will require a strong background in project management and ERP systems to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage Oracle Fusion implementation through all project phases (Mobilization, Design, Conference Room Pilot, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Cutover, Hypercare, Sustain).
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and covering all aspects of the workstream delivery (solution, data, people readiness).
• Drive delivery of planned activities. Proactively escalate risks and issues. Regularly monitor and report on project progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including System Integrator, IT Teams, CoEs and government entities.
• Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders and ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with existing systems and data migration.
• Document best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Systems is preferred.

Certifications:

• Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, such as Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Specialist, are highly desirable.
• ITIL or Agile/Scrum certifications can be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in ERP project management, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects in a large-scale, complex environment.
• Strong background in managing teams across multiple functions, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Finance, HCM or Procurement highly desirable.

Project Management Skills:

• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward project goals.
