About the Role

We’re looking for a project manager who is proactive, strategic, and thrives on delivering results. You have a strong technical understanding, business acumen, and the ability to navigate between different priorities with agility.


Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution, planning, and resource management.
  • Act as the bridge between customers and development teams, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration.
  • Adapt to changes and challenges while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery.


Product Development:

  • Drive the evolution of key software products, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and implement new features that add real value for users.


Business Development:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Participate in strategic discussions to drive innovation and expand service offerings.


Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/software project management, preferably combined with product management or business development. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience leading cross-functional teams, ideally across different locations or cultures. B1 minimum Norwegian
