Role Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Development Manager to support our SEAWATCH® initiative and drive our business transformation in both current and new markets. This role will be pivotal in scaling SEAWATCH® for the future, with a significant focus on Climate & Nature (Ocean Science) markets.

Role Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Development Manager to support our SEAWATCH® initiative and drive our business transformation in both current and new markets. This role will be pivotal in scaling SEAWATCH® for the future, with a significant focus on Climate & Nature (Ocean Science) markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new market opportunities for SEAWATCH® products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Use data insights to refine product offerings and market strategies.
- Inspire others with your commercial acumen and deal-making prowess.
- Lead by example and prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Oceanography, Marine Environment, or Engineering is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial manager.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Valid passport for international travel.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in office administration and database software.
