We see data as essential to our success as a business, and we are determined to reinvent our data landscape to make data access at Coop easy, safe, and reliable so we can leverage this important asset in delivering better value to our co-owners and customers even faster. We’ve started on our journey to achieve this vision by adopting a data mesh architecture and a domain-oriented organisational structure where autonomous value stream teams deliver data as a product to other teams and use this data to build compelling products. We have also built a complete, modern data platform where are gradually converging all major data sources and use cases across the company. In this endeavor, we need motivated people to make data a 1st class citizen.
