Location: Near Chester (onsite)

Salary: Circa £25,000-28,000k + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Benefits

The Opportunity

A world-class product manufacturer with a diverse suite of integrated applications is looking for a Junior PHP Developer with Laravel experience to join their growing team. Their web systems support eCommerce, finance, production, warehousing, and distribution, and you’ll play a key role in helping to develop and improve business-critical applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your PHP and Laravel experience, working alongside experienced developers and external contractors on a wide range of projects. You’ll have the chance to learn, take ownership of tasks, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Need

• Some experience with PHP and Laravel, ideally 12+ months (commercial or project-based).
• Familiarity with the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire).
• Basic knowledge of MySQL, HTML, and PHP.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to problem-solving.
• Interest in optimising web applications for performance and usability.
