We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Project Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that will drive the success of clinical trial projects across multiple countries in Asia & beyond.


As a Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.


This position plays a pivotal role in our global success, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and contribute to the advancement of healthcare innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage regional clinical trial projects across multiple countries in Asia & beyond, ensuring alignment with global project objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, CROs, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and ensure operational excellence.


Key Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 – 7 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country clinical trial projects in Asia & beyond.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages such as Mandarin would be a plus.
