Program Manager Web3

Key Task & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of Web3 startup programs, ensuring seamless delivery and impact.
• Design and lead workshops, mentorship sessions, and pitch events tailored to the Web3 ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Web3 founders, DAOs, investors, and key ecosystem players.
• Actively participate in Web3 communities, forums, and events to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
• Foster engagement on crypto-native platforms like Discord, Telegram, and decentralized social networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, Web3-native services that support blockchain startups.
• Track program performance, analyze on-chain and off-chain data, and make strategic recommendations.
• Strengthen the Web3 ecosystem through partnerships, hackathons, and community-driven initiatives.
• Provide clear, timely updates and insights to clients, teams, and stakeholders in an on-chain and transparent manner.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• At least 3 years web3/blockchain/crypto industry experience.
• Passionate about emerging technology trends, especially technology applications in the Web 2.5/ Web 3.0 space
• Fluent in English.
• Effective project management skills, handling multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with founders, investors, and stakeholders.
• Experience with start-up programs or entrepreneurship is a plus.
• We will be prioritizing individuals with an existing right to work in Singapore.
