They are seeking a Business Development Manager with a focus on Crypto to join their team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work within an institutionally backed platform that is leading the way in the tokenization and trading of existing securities and non-bankable assets. What You'll Do
As a Business Development Manager (Crypto), your primary responsibility will be growing the institutional crypto business. You will be tasked with developing and executing growth plans for sales of our client's crypto trading platform. This includes not only bringing in new clients but also increasing wallet share and satisfaction among existing relationships. Your role will involve international travel for roadshows and interaction with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager (Crypto) role brings more than 10 years' experience in institutional sales, preferably within banks, financial institutions or cryptocurrency exchanges. You have a broad understanding of derivative markets and products, coupled with experience providing solutions to clients' needs. Your deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, digital exchanges, web 3, blockchain, and digital assets will be crucial in this role. You thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to bring institutional clients as per business plan targets
- Increase wallet share and client satisfaction for existing relationships
- Participate in community events and activities to boost the company’s presence and visibility
- Ensure the best possible service to our clients and partners
- Assess and develop new client-led product ideas that could deliver significant, long-term revenue potential
- Utilise crypto expertise to devise innovative products and services in collaboration with Product Development
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- More than 10 years’ experience in institutional sales with banks/financial institutions or cryptocurrency exchanges
- Broad understanding of Derivative markets and products along with experience in providing solutions to Clients’ needs
- Existing relationships with market makers / high frequency firms / proprietary trading firms / quantitative trading firms in the cryptocurrency or traditional finance space
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, digital exchanges, web 3, blockchain, and digital assets
- Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
