About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Product Manager to join our team at OKX. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and optimizing growth-related AI models, such as LTV prediction, Recommendation, AI operation agent. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive the application of AI in our growth strategies, enhance user experience, and optimize business decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify core user needs and design AI-driven products to drive user growth and improve user education.
• Integrate AI technology into growth-focused products and manage the full product lifecycle.
• Develop product roadmaps, set phased goals, and create tailored solutions to enhance user experiences.
• Conduct market research to track emerging AI trends and apply them to fuel user growth.
• Prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and performance metrics.
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data, driving informed decision-making and optimization.
  
  
  

What We Look For In You

• Strong background in AI applications with a creative approach to integrating AI into growth-related products.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar field.
• Proficient in agile methodologies, data-driven strategies, and data analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with experience using data to guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions and proactively drive results.

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in AI/ML (e.g. Python, R, TensorFlow).
