Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Development Lead who’s passionate about building scalable, impactful technology. The ideal candidate will be able to work in-person or synchronously with our Fort Worth office. They will also have prerequisite proficiency in our technology stack, ready to hit the ground running and expand the program.

Responsibilities:

Lead Full Stack Development: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

Drive Technical Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Insighter’s mission and business goals.

Mentor & Grow the Team: Guide junior developers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Optimize Performance: Build efficient data pipelines and ensure our search and indexing systems are fast, reliable, and secure.

Remain Mission-Oriented: We want all team members to hold on to the mission of providing real truth and clarity to these communities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $105,000/year
