We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a INTERFACE ENGINEER . This is residential contract to be based in Qatar.

Minimum Experience

Bachelor of Science in Engineering in related discipline or equivalent
Minimum of (10) years broad experience in all phases of subsea construction planning, field execution and mechanical completion activities in respective discipline.
Experience in offshore EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation) projects.
Min of (5) years worked as subsea / offshore installation engineer with Tier 1 Oil and Gas Contractors for field execution works.
Experience of working on Diving Support Vessel (DSV) for subsea pipeline repair, spool tie in, free span correction activities.
Familiar with daily Diving Support Vessel, air and saturation diving operations.
Worldwide experience working in Brownfield environments with contractors and subcontractors, in particular those involved in the construction of Subsea and offshore, Shutdown, oil, gas, chemical and/or petrochemical plant facilities

Job Purpose

Serve as primary interface with Contractor & External stakeholders on matters related to PL & Sleeper Repair scope of work.
Effective issue resolution through interfacing with both PMT, other major projects,contractor and operations teams is an essential component of the role to ensure full alignment on the execution of the Project Interface aspects.
Report to the Project Construction Lead.
Ability to prioritize and supervise IA&LL work activities.
Working closely with Engineering, Construction and interface to review and initiate AI.
Coordination, support and guidance of IA & Lesson Learned in all gates as per Project Management System.
Report on the Interface Progress for the Construction Lead and for the Initiators/stakeholders.
Prepare for and participate in weekly meeting to update on Interface status.
