About The Role
The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing program execution and driving success. This individual leverages strong program area expertise, fosters collaboration across functions and leads a program team to achieve their goals. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading a program/project in Rides Operations and coordinate with stakeholders cross-functionally
- Providing consultation and expert inputs to Driver Growth processes globally and locally
- Building collaborative relationships with Driver X Product, Country Operations, Marketing, Driver Lifecycle and any other teams that are relevant stakeholders in the program
- Providing visibility into Driver Growth metrics and programs progress on a regular cadence and ensure alignment with strategic goals of the vertical
- Managing work streams of projects led by the Central Driver Growth team that are aligned towards domain KPIs (active drivers, activations, funnel conversion, etc..)
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field
- You demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area
- You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget
- You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
