Governance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the accountability matrix and delegation of authority framework, ensuring alignment with shareholder interests.
• Collaborate with business areas to identify, analyze, and implement DOA and approval workflows for improved process efficiency.
• Provide solutions and support for approval process areas, including workflow logic and condition identification.
• Produce reports related to workflow data for continuous process improvement.
• Manage communication, training, and rollout of process solutions.
• Maintain and update documentation on governance policies, procedures, and processes.
• Support the Governance function in maintaining a secure document management system.
• Share best practices and contribute to the development of governance systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent business process, data analysis, and workflow management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of governance processes and structures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
• Experience in the GCC region is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
