Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Benchmark TCS iON PAPER product with other products and analyze the gap.
• Analyse customer needs and design a generic implementation.
• Build USP’s for the product in Indian market and International market.
• Define / track / deliver product deliverables as part of Product Roadmap.
• Customer Presentations on key capabilities.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing of the product.
• Review the UI and suggest improvements.
• Analytics at various eco system level such as Item level analytics, Assessment level analytics, Candidate analytics etc.
• Apply design thinking principles in defining new product capabilities.
• Product releases.
• Competitor Analysis & Ability to research and provide good product insights.
