We are a leading player in the financial services industry, committed to delivering exceptional value and services to our clients. As part of our global growth strategy, we are expanding our operations into international markets and seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and drive these initiatives.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our efforts to expand our operations abroad. You will work on the front lines of international expansion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and strategic individual to lead complex projects in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead international expansion projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive results.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing solutions and making recommendations to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met and resources are effectively allocated.
• Monitor project progress and performance, delivering regular updates to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with international partners and vendors to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in new markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on international expansion or cross-border operations.
• Strong understanding of financial services and global market dynamics.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and teams across multiple time zones.
• Fluency in [languages if applicable] is a plus.
