Role: Software engineer -Generative AI

Location: Switzerland/ Remote any where from EU

Job Description:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in Python with 3+ years of experience in Django, Flask and other python frameworks.
• Implementation experience in classic AI/ML use cases.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts, specifically large language models (LLMs), and their application in real-world projects.
• Hands-on experience integrating with at least one of the popular LLMs using API endpoints.
• Thorough understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience bringing a GenAI project through production and implementation.
• Implementation experience in GenAI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, Vector databases like Pinecone or Chroma or FAISS
• Exposure to evaluation techniques and monitoring tools for GenAI application.
• Good knowledge in RESTful APIs and packaging GenAI applications as APIs.
• Experience designing and developing Gen AI solutions on Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP or with open source LLMs such as Llama.
• Ability to think creatively and collaborate about applying AI to solve business problems with multiple capabilities, including Experience Design, Change Management and Process Reengineering
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
