We are looking for a dedicated Release Manager to manage internal release pipelines, ensuring timely and effective application deployments and continuous support post-release. This role is paramount in guaranteeing that applications maintain a standard of excellence for our framework team clients.

Responsibilities


  • Resolve release cycle issues by troubleshooting and collaborating with necessary teams
  • Oversee dependencies among projects and teams to secure timely successful releases
  • Schedule releases, allocate resources and communicate with stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop release calendars to synchronize team efforts
  • Monitor risks impacting release scope, schedule, and quality
  • Conduct reviews on release readiness and milestones to comply with governance standards
  • Lead release meetings and distribute status updates to stakeholders
  • Offer support after release and collect feedback to improve upcoming releases


Requirements


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in release management
  • Background in release management on platforms such as Google Play and App Store
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively and reliably
  • Skills in problem-solving and performing well under pressure
  • Capability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet set deadlines
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with project management methodologies
