Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to design, develop, and maintain our iPaaS integration platform.

  • In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements, provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, and drive process improvements.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring our integration platform remains scalable, efficient, and up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain our iPaaS integration platform – “Simplify Bridge.”
  • Ensure high scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in PHP 8.x using the Laravel framework.
  • Work closely
  • with cross-functional teams to gather and understand integration needs and priorities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the platform.
  • Ensure adherence to modern software development methodologies, including automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering within a SaaS environment.
  • PHP 8.x and the Laravel framework.
  • Vue3/Nuxt3
  • TypeScript.
  • global teams and large enterprise clients.
  • containerization tools like Docker.
  • cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • automated and manual testing procedures.
  • multi-tenant architectures.

Nice to Have

  • Kubernetes and/or AWS ECS.
  • mono-repo software development.
  • UX design principles.
  • Machine Learning and Data Science concepts
