Business Intelligence Analyst

POSITION

At Manuport Logistics we are looking for an experienced and passionate hands on BI Analyst to join our team, focusing on helping businesses leverage data for actionable results.

• Engage closely with business users to deeply understand their unique business needs and challenges.
• Analyze and translate complex business questions into clear, actionable semantic models, primarily for MS PowerBI.
• Develop and maintain data models and reports that help solve critical business issues.
• Collaborate with customers to provide tailored solutions that add measurable value.
• Create, manage, and optimize MS PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide deep insights and drive business decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Data & AI technologies and continuously improve our BI offerings.
• Serve as a BI expert, guiding both internal teams and clients on best practices for data visualization and reporting.

PROFILE

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in BI, with strong expertise in PowerBI, data modeling, and semantic model development leveraging MS Fabric.
• Experience working in Logistics or Finance & Operations industries is a plus
• Proven ability to work closely with business users, translating their requirements into technical models and reports.
• Strong understanding of BI best practices, with a track record of delivering high-quality insights that drive business impact.
• Passion for Data & AI technologies, and an eagerness to stay current with industry trends.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with Flemish customers.
