• …have extensive experience in leading projects in business and IT transformations covering, for example, ERP programs, M&A cases, enterprise architecture, industrial digitization projects or other large-scale business transformation programs
• ...have a blend of business and technical skills with expertise in key processes
• …have good and proven skills in leadership, project management and communication
• …hold a master’s degree, preferably in economics, business administration or engineering
• …are fluent in both written and verbal Finnish and English
