You’ll lead and develop our backend system, enabling real-time live streaming services. This role combines hands-on backend development with team leadership, focusing on scalability, performance, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a scalable backend.
• Enhance APIs for stream management.
• Lead and mentor a development team.
• Collaborate with DevOps on cloud systems.
• Ensure security, code quality, and documentation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Node.js, Go, or Python).
• Leadership skills and team management experience.
