Role Overview:

As an AI Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of developing and refining our AI product, working across both backend and AI systems. You’ll help us shape the future of personalized learning while working alongside a talented, high-growth team of engineers and product specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the development of AI-powered tutors, focusing on improving metrics and user experience.
• Work end-to-end: from AI discovery and product development to implementation and testing.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and frontend teams to make a big impact.
• Lead and innovate in AI development, driving continuous improvement in the product.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI (doesn’t need professional experience, but a solid grasp of the basics).
• Experience building side projects or contributing to AI initiatives (academic projects count!).
• Passion for AI and its potential impact on education.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Understanding of product development and how to impact business outcomes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with full-stack development (able to contribute across backend and frontend).
• Familiarity with product impact metrics: growth, retention, and monetization.
