We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Staff Writer to produce high-quality commercially-focused content about the cryptocurrency sector, including exchanges, mining, and tax software. This role is ideal for an experienced writer with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto trading, regulatory developments, and emerging trends in the digital asset space. As a key content contributor, you will create well-researched articles, guides, and reviews, that engage and educate our audience. You will work closely with editors, SEO strategists, and industry experts to ensure that all content is accurate, insightful, and optimised for search visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write informative articles, in-depth guides, reviews, and other content pieces on cryptocurrency exchanges, mining technologies, trading strategies, and tax compliance software
  • Industry Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the crypto space, including new blockchain protocols, market shifts, and DeFi advancements
  • Exchange & Platform Reviews: Provide objective, data-driven reviews of crypto exchanges, trading platforms, wallets, and security tools
  • SEO & Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and audience engagement
  • Regulatory & Compliance Coverage: Research and explain crypto tax regulations, KYC/AML policies, and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions
  • Mining & Staking Analysis: Cover topics related to crypto mining hardware, software, staking rewards, and proof-of-stake (PoS) mechanisms
  • Content Updates: Keep existing content up to date with current market conditions, regulatory changes, and technological advancements
  • Collaboration: Work closely with editors, designers, and marketing teams to align content with the company’s broader strategy


Requirements

  • Published Work & Web Presence: A strong online presence with a portfolio of published work on cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain websites (EEAT)
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience writing about cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or fintech
  • Industry Knowledge: Expertise in crypto trading, mining, staking, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain ecosystems
  • Technical Writing Skills: Ability to break down complex crypto concepts into engaging, reader-friendly content
  • SEO & Analytics Proficiency: Understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) and experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with crypto tax laws, compliance requirements, and financial regulations
  • Self-Motivation & Deadline Management: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in affiliate marketing and conversion-driven content strategies
  • Hands-on experience with crypto exchanges, trading bots, and mining rigs
  • Strong connections in the cryptocurrency and blockchain community
