Job Description:

As a Program Manager, you will create and execute program plans, timelines, and tracking documents for complex projects. Your role includes developing management methodologies and selecting effective methods to meet program objectives. You will recommend creative solutions, address escalated issues, and anticipate challenges while collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels to ensure program success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Execution:
  • Deliver program plans, timelines, and tracking documents.
  • Develop program management methodologies based on best practices.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Management:
  • Identify innovative solutions and address escalated issues.
  • Analyze data to foresee challenges and plan solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Work with multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deliver strategic communications to various stakeholder groups.
  • Continuous Improvement & Metrics:
  • Collect feedback, update documentation, and suggest improvements.
  • Track key program metrics and adjust as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Management:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
  • Monitor risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation & Vision Ownership:
  • Create clear documentation for program scope and objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with executive stakeholders on program vision.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Core Skills:
  • Strong program management knowledge and effective communication.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving decisions.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Data analysis and risk management expertise.
  • Proficient in program management tools and processes.
  • Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:
  • Ability to build relationships and lead meetings effectively.
  • Strong storytelling skills to present data and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Domain Expertise:
  • Knowledge of Google products and industry trends.
  • Understanding of evolving technology landscapes.
  • Experience:
  • Relevant degree and experience managing complex programs.

They will be capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and ensuring successful program delivery. Experience with cross-functional teams.
