Then come and join us in CLS as we are now looking for a Business Data Analyst , with the specific assignment to help lead our data community, analyze and improve our processing data capabilities, develop data business cases, perform and present impact analysis as well as build various data reports and dash boards to help to increase the efficiency and automation potential in our colleagues’ processes, in our Business Development team in the Riga Global Services.

Being part of a global cross-divisional customer and product lifecycle processing area within Business Services, that covers KYC Review & Accounts processes, Sanctions Screening, Billing, Client Data Management and Customer Reporting, CLS provides efficient and excellent services to all our customers, colleagues and partners.

About the position:

As a Business & Data Analyst in the CLS Development team, you will be part of an inclusive team of experienced and engaged colleagues both in Riga and Vilnius. You will work closely with G&BS Data Office, Technology, our Business partners and all departments in CLS in order to deliver on different change initiatives. Your main task will be to drive and plan the implementation of a more data driven organization, support SEB’s journey towards Google Cloud in various projects and assist in the data quality controls on our processing data. You will also be part of the CLS development community and get the opportunity to collaborate around the new ways of working in the whole area.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Python skills are a must and any other programming skills a plus;
• Deep knowledge about data visualization tools like SQL, Power Bi or Tableau;
• Previous experience as a data or business analyst;
• Experience of Regulatory reporting requirements;
• Great collaboration and coordination skills;
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities;
• Great communication skills and fluency in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries.

€2,550 - €3,850 a month

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
